Day 4 - A habit that you wish you didn't have

i have to admit that i am prefect. ok. i have no control over it...i am sorry.

my one habit i wish and i am going to work on kicking out is also something i love to do. Sleep. aahh sleep. sounds really really nice right now. and that is why i need to work on not doing it so much. i do not believe one should go on 4-5 hours a sleep a night. i really truely believe this will shorten your life span. but i fall asleep everywhere! i need to work on that. its causing some bad situations. for example: driving. yeah i get pretty sleep while driving. not good. there are so many things i want to do in life and sometimes i choose to sleep over it. winter also makes that difficult. when i am cold sleep takes me away. so starting spring i am going to work real hard on kicking the habit of sleep all the time and just sleep my 7-8 hours a night!
