A Well Needed Update.

I feel like I haven't really posted anything about my life lately. Just a bunch of random things. I thought pajama church day would be a great day to give that update.

I am still living down in Salt Lake area. Me & my roomie were hoping to find some place new as our lease is up end of April but man did we struggle to find something. So the outcome is staying in our place another 3 months and hopefully finding something more downtown when that time is up. One of the reasons we want to leave our apartment now is the new upstairs neighbors. They are awful... completely awful! A week or two after they moved in they decided to party until 6a.m. one Friday night. We had to call the cops on them, it was so bad. Then a few nights later they decided to hang stuff on there walls and put furniture together at 2a.m.. They are always doing laundry extremely weird hours, always trying to get into our apartment (thinking it is their), I can hear them peeing when I am getting ready in the morning, and the other night I woke up at 5a.m. to the dad screaming and cursing, threatening to beat his kids (or wife maybe...all I know for sure is he likes the "F" word). It is all driving me nuts and wears me out. I can't wait to have a home of my own again.

Work is going great. I have been helping out on some hospitality and commercial projects and learning lots of new things. It is great! I am very fortunate to be working at such a great place. The owner takes very good care of his employees. I am so use to working at large corporations so being at a smaller business has its differences but I am really enjoying everything about it.

My singles ward is good. I am not sure I have ever mentioned I am a Sunday School teacher (which is the dreaded calling). It has been good for me though. I am lucky to have a small class with easy subjects but I still get nervous. Its needed for me though, I have already learned a lot.

Its been hard moving to a new place where I don't know very many people. But I am making new friends and learning a lot of things about myself. I am very grateful I had Heather to move down with because I am not sure I could have done it on my own. I am sure if push came to shove I could have but it makes it easier to have at least one person you know.

Still working on the boyfriend situation and no new crazy dating stories... sorry!

I have kind of gotten away from taking photos but I am going to try a lot harder to get back on that. I miss having so many pictures. So there should be good things to come, especially with summer on the way!

Cheerio!!

Sorry to hear you guys didn't find a new place. What a pain with the neighbors. Something will work out though!
